Gear Up for Learning: Essential Items for Our Students

As your partner in your child’s education and well-being, we want to make the preparation for the school year as seamless as possible for you. To ensure your little ones have everything they need for a successful and comfortable experience in our programs, we’ve put together a handy list of supplies. Please review the lists below, categorized by snacks, clothing, and diapering, tailored to each of our unique programs.

  • Snacks: A healthy mind grows from a nourished body. We encourage parents to provide snacks that are nutritious and energizing. Consider including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and proteins in your child’s snack box. Remember, we're a nut-free school, so please check all labels carefully!
  • Clothing: Active play is a big part of our day! Please dress your child in comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing that's easy to move in and okay to get a little messy. For our younger learners, a change of clothes in their backpacks is always a good idea, just in case.
  • Diapering: For our youngest learners, please supply a small stock of diapers, wipes, and any preferred diaper cream as outlined below. We strive to make diapering times comfortable and hygienic for your little ones.

Preparing these items will help ensure your child feels ready and comfortable for a day of fun, learning, and exploration at The Anne Brower School. Toddler 2’s

snacks
  • A healthy snack and small water bottle in a labeled brown bag daily.
  • (Please note that we are a NUT FREE facility)
clothing
  • A complete change of clothing (including socks), labeled with your child’s name, and placed in a large zip lock bag.
  • Please label all outerwear (e.g. coats, sweaters, jackets, sweatshirts etc.)
diapering
  • 3 Large boxes of fragrance free wipes (no travel packs please)
  • 1 Box of diapers
  • *We will let you know when you need to replenish diaper and wipes.

Nursery 3’s

snacks
  • A healthy snack and small water bottle in a labeled brown bag daily.
  • (Please note that we are a NUT FREE facility)
clothing
  • A complete change of clothing (including socks), labeled with your child’s name, and placed in a large zip lock bag.
  • Please label all outerwear (e.g. coats, sweaters, jackets, sweatshirts etc.)
diapering (for those 3’s who are not yet potty trained)
  • 3 Large boxes of fragrance free wipes (no travel packs please)
  • 1 Box of diapers
  • *We will let you know when you need to replenish diaper and wipes.

Pre-K 4’s & 5’s

snacks
  • A healthy snack and small water bottle in a labeled brown bag daily.
  • (Please note that we are a NUT FREE facility)
clothing
  • NO change of clothing is necessary for Pre-K students.
  • Please label all outerwear (e.g. coats, sweaters, jackets, sweatshirts etc.)
